Lisa A. Baiocchi

Lisa-Resume-PicLisa A. Baiocchi is a highly energized and organized attorney with over fifteen years of experience in labor relations and human resources as both an Attorney and Human Resource professional.

As an Attorney, she has effectively represented her clients’ interests in general civil, labor and employment litigation before Administrative Agencies, State Courts and Federal Courts as well as successfully advanced her clients’ position in both the mediation and labor arbitration forum. Ms. Baiocchi has concentrated her pro bono work in the area of animal law.

In addition to being an Attorney Ms. Baiocchi has extensive experience in the Human Resources field as a consultant, collective bargaining agreement advisor, benefit plan administrator, senior benefits analyst, retirement plan specialist and payroll specialist. She has handled issues relating to NLRA, LMRA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, retirement and welfare plans, and pension administration. She has assisted employers in maintaining an environment that does not require third party representation.  Ms. Baiocchi earned the designation of a Qualified 401(k) Administrator through the American Society of Pension Actuaries.

Ms. Baiocchi received her Juris Doctor degree from Marquette Law School, where she served as President of the Labor and Employment Law Society. She was also the founder and President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund at Marquette. Her bachelor’s degree is in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
