December 2014:

  • Congratulations to Founding Partner Mark A. November 2014:

PSB Attorneys attend the North American Transportation Association (NATERA) annual conference in Atlanta.  Attorneys Lisa A. Baiocchi and Charles W. Pautsch were both chosen to moderate panels at the conference. 


June 2014:

PSB Attorneys hold free seminars in Milwaukee and Chicago on conceal carry, medical marijuana and NLRB updates. 


April 2014:

PSB Attorney Mark A. Spognardi Comments Before Full NLRB on Quickie Election Rules. Mark A. Spognardi attend the April 10 and 11, 2014 hearings on the National Labor Relations Board's proposed rules on representation case election. Spognardi expressed employer and management views that it is absolutely critical that a pre-election hearing be held to determine who is a supervisor, manager, or confidential employee. This is because management is entitled to the absolute loyalty of its supervisors and management. It is also because their statements and actions are binding on the employer and can expose the employer to numerous unfair labor practices, as well as objections during the critical period. Approximately one hundred presentations were made by representative of management and labor in favor of and opposing the adoption of the proposed "quickie" elections rules.


November 2013:

PSB Attorney Mark A. Spognardi spoke recently at the annual NATERA conference with other distinguished transportation attorneys on the state of unionization in the trucking industry. Read more Mr. Spognardi was also elected to serve as 2014 Vice Chair. Mr. Spognardi has been an active member of NATERA for many years and a member of the Board of Directors since 1996.


September 2013:
